Feature Friday with Cat Nap Inn Primitives

1. What is the name of your Etsy shop and why did you choose that name?
My Etsy name is Cat Nap Inn Primitives and I chose the name after a painting on Ebay, I think said cat nap inn and we have 7 cats (I love, adore cats) and I love primitives.  So I put the two together.  I also have a garden gate that was design just for me that has 2 cats with angel wings and their tails form a heart and it says: Cat Nap Inn
2. How long have you been on Etsy?
I joined in May of 2008 but only recently started selling in March of 2009.
3. What type of items do you offer?
All sorts of things, I make aprons, curtains, towels, baby bibs, burp cloths, dolls and my latest thing are penny rugs all machine embroidered.  I love them....I love machine embroidery and try to incorporate it in my things.
4. How long have you been crafting?
For about 25 years.
5. Who or What inspires you?
I love to surf the net for inspiration and that gets the creative juices flowing.  It also keeps me up to date on what is hot for the year.  There are so many wonderfully talented artists out there.  So I find I am never at a loss for inspiration.
6. What is your favorite item in your shop and why?
The penny rugs (I have 2 more to complete).  I love them and have wanted to make them.
And finally took the plunge.
7. Other places where you can be found:
Check out more of Gina's creations and thanks for the interview Gina!!

Like a lot of us farmhouse gals, Gina can create just about anything. The wonderful thing is that she's pretty darn good at it too. She puts her fun personality into her creations as well.
